About Galton

The small hamlet of Galton is situated just off the A352, close to the village of Owermoigne, Dorchester.

Ringstead Bay is due south to Galton. To the East, West and North, Galton is surrounded by farmland.

The farm is organic and it is run by the Messenger family. The cattle graze on herbal lays and re-wilded pastures, predominantly reared outdoors all year round.

A footpath runs through the centre of the farm which takes you through breathtaking back to nature farmland which wildlife is seen in abundance.

Galton is a perfect base to visit the Dorset Jurassic Coast.

The farm offers self catering accommodation all year round and camping during July and August.
